Orders:
- Fill out the order form completely. Incomplete order forms will be considered invalid.
- Orders will be a first come first serve basis.
- Shop Mikaela will not accept returns or exchange of goods once the order/s have been made.
Payments:
- Please advice us once you have made your payment either by sending us a scan copy of the payment made via email.
- Order/s will be delivered within 3days upon confirmation of your payment.(The time needed for the confirmation of your payment may vary depending on the chosen mode of payment.)
- Once your order/s have been shipped, your tracking number from your chosen courier will be sent to you via email.
- Shop Mikaela is not responsible for any loss incurred during the transfer of payment.
